*PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING* Our Studio if a Fully Equipped, Spacious, and Professional Space for Creatives, Industry Professionals, and Productions Our studio requires a TWO HOUR MINIMUM booking. ADD-ONS Equipment, Seamless Paper Backdrops, and Fog Machine are Add-Ons. Our extensive collection of props are included in the rental fee. You are welcome to bring any of your own equipment and props. TERMS Please consider time for set up and take down/clean up before and after your shoot. You will be automatically charged for an additional hour if you exceed your booking time. You will be automatically charged a $25.00 cleaning fee if the studio is not left as it was found. Our Studio is NOT responsible for your misunderstanding of our terms and reserves the right to charge you accordingly. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES If you include an In-Studio Photographer as an Add-On, please send an inquiry for photography rates and packages. Do NOT book a studio rental and expect a photographer. We reserve the right to take BTS content during your rental for studio promotional purposes. We're excited to host you!
