Meredith was great! Super communicative and friendly, beautiful space, and lots of options! DEFINITELY will be returning if she'll have us again :) Our afternoon tea party social for @SpillTheTeaNashville was so beautiful and elegant - her venue was the absolute perfect setting and was so clean and ready for us to move in all our decor and food as soon as we arrived! Ample parking as well. We had a rainstorm that morning before we arrived and the whole area was dried in the sun by two hours later, perfect for our garden area craft! Highly recommend working with Meredith and her space!

Meredith's place was more than I could've hoped for. She was unbelievably kind and accommodating, both on the day of the event and with rental delivery and pickups. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was, and it truly is. Her backyard was the perfect backdrop for our spring tea party, and the inside is perfectly curated as well. We had plenty of space for setting up and storing things during the event which made everything a breeze. It truly is the perfect place for events and gatherings. I can not say enough kind things about the overall experience - I definitely would recommend this space to anyone looking.

The space was as described and the pictures are accurate. The host was nice and quick with the responses. However, my only complaint would be that it is NOT private, there were others coming and going because the space has multiple rooms in it that was rented for whatever reason. We had two people at different times walk right through our yoga session. Other than that the place was clean, easy to find, and as advertised.

I was able to host my entire family for New Years it was just perfect for everybody.The service was outstanding. The place was a big and clean. I would absolutely recommend it to anybody, and if I have another event this would be the place. Jesica was amazingly helpful on everything we need. Enough parking for the guests as well. I booked this venue for a dinner party of 15 people. Although I viewed the property a month prior, my attendees had never seen it. The owner and property manager were great to work with, and responded quickly. I knew that it would be a hit! The venue is smash-up of a loft and train station. We loved the subway tiles and Central station signage. It is a photo ready venue, especially around the large island with illuminating lighting. Within seconds of walking up the wide stair case, everyone was in awe of the layout and space of the property. It really felt like you were walking into the entrance of a subway/ train station. At the top of the stairs, you’ll arrive at a floor to ceiling mural. There was a pool table that someone had a chance to play. The large table that nearly seated my whole party was amazing. There were additional bar stools that we also used for seating. It was a great space for dinner and open discussion. Although we didn’t use the bedrooms, there were atleast 3 of them and 2 rest rooms. No one had an issue parking, and we were all secure between the hours of 5pm-10pm on a Saturday. We all loved the venue because of the ease of location from Davison Hwy and Woodard Ave, and amazing floor space. Before I left, my group agreed that they would love to come back on a regular basis for our monthly meetings.

For starters Lauren is such a gracious host! She was very flexible and accommodating for my needs when booking my event. This space can be used for many different things as there are several rooms to use. I used the space for a dinner party this time but I’ll definitely book again for other types of events.
