1 bedroom, 1 bathroom intracoastal waterfront condominium on the barrier island of Madeira Beach on the central Gulf Coast of Florida. Condo is located within walking distance of the town of Madeira Beach and many touristy areas. The condominium complex built in 1972 is very large and gated with 266 units and has 2 pools with clubhouse. The complex is on the water facing the drawbridge to Madeira Beach. Across the street is a town park with ball fields, tennis courts, etc. The actual condo is on the ground floor with an outdoor patio facing the intracoastal with a seawall. There is a water view with a marina and view of boat slips with many docks. Inside the condo is an updated galley kitchen with stacked washer and dryer. Living room with 2 sofas and dining area. The bedroom has a large closet and queen bed with attached updated bathroom with a shower. Condo can be furnished or unfurnished and all requests for any changes will be considered. Property is available for any type of short term or long term event. Property is 30 a thirty minute drive from Tampa, 2 hours from Orlando, 30 minutes to St. Petersburg.
