Leave it to Beaver traditional modified colonial two story home. Second story is in the roof line with dormer windows. Large front and back lawn, patio off the dining room, patio next to the garage. COVID-19 cleaning and activity procedures will be in place. Whole room UV sanitizing before and after the shoot in areas used by the production. Areas available for filming: Large front yard and large backyard, patio off the dining room, patio next to the garage, entry hall, living room, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfast area. Fire pit in the backyard! A downstairs bedroom is available as an add-on.
