A premier destination getaway featuring an exclusive 5-acre estate set in one of the most beautiful areas just outside Atlanta. Enjoy 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, and an expansive outdoor entertaining area. This 6,000 sq ft estate offers an in-ground pool, parking for up to 25 vehicles, and secure access via an electric gate. The privacy of the expansive acreage is an added benefit for Actors and Filming. The main entrance to the home is on the second level where the social entertaining areas and 5 bedrooms are located. The estate’s large, open-format kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances including a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, and pantry as well as a premium housewares and appliances package for serving any size group. An island with bar seating is awash with the glow of suspended pendant lights offering a perfect area for morning coffee from the Keurig or overflow seating during events. An elegant dining area with a farmhouse-style table completes this space. Adjacent is a cozy den with a classic stone fireplace and French doors that allow for a seamless flow directly to an expansive porch/balcony with an outdoor fireplace and lovely views of the forest and in-ground pool. Bedrooms: Five bedrooms are located on the main level, 3 with ensuite baths, and the other 2 shares a close proximity hallway bathroom and are on the ground level (all bedrooms are king except for one bedroom with twin bunk beds) Sleeps up to 20. Laundry: The main level is an oversized laundry room off the kitchen with additional prep and storage space. Parking: Enjoy access to one of two garages here as well, with generous space for 2 vehicles plus recreational gear. Additional parking onsite for up to 25 vehicles. Amenities: The ground level is where the theatre room, game room, and large recreational space offer amazing entertaining options for any type of event. The space is completed with a built-in wet bar and large-screen TV. Both levels of the home have walk-out access to beautiful outdoor living areas where the main attraction is an in-ground pool with generous deck space. Overlooking the pool area is a patio off the main level of the home with a dining table and propane grill. Stairs lead down from here to the pool which is surrounded by ample seating and entertaining space that is perfectly blocked from the outside view by a mature forest. IMPORTANT NOTE: The minimum age to rent this home is 25 years old. The number of people staying must be appropriate for the number of beds. Owners reserve the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping accommodations. All guests' names must be added to the written lease. EVENT NOTES: Small corporate meetings, retreats, and events are allowed up to 100 people maximum. No microphones, live bands, etc. are permitted indoors or outdoors. Small Bluetooth speaker is OK Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of sixteen (16) for this home. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home is equipped with NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels.
