Relax; Work; and play in this newly renovated home! You will be welcomed by a four-car private driveway; lush landscaping; and a large front porch. This spacious home offers a renovated kitchen and dining area with 2 living areas. The backyard has a unique 3-toned deck with a covered back patio. Located near Buckhead; Buford Hwy; and just a short drive to the attractions in Atlanta. The Home: Walk in the front door to an open-concept living; dining; and kitchen area. The kitchen is a full kitchen where you can make simple meals. We offer a Keurig coffee machine. There is a separate space with a desk and a fantastic office chair. On the right side of the house you will find the first three bedrooms and on the other side of the house is the fourth bedroom. In the back of the house is a large family room with TV next to the largest laundry room you have ever seen! It has a gym floor so it is great if you want to do some yoga. Head outside and enjoy the covered seating area. Further on outside is more deck for getting some sun or taking the dog out. We offer board games; a pack n play; a high chair; and children's books! All bedrooms have Queen beds. Two of the bedrooms have an attached full or half bathroom while two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. A Few Notes:We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee. We ask that you arrange these services shortly after booking as we arrange our cleaning services based on your arrival and departure times. This home is in a heavily wooded area. We do quarterly pest control but you will see bugs. Feel free to request pest control during your stay! Security deposit $5000 Cleaning Fee $220 Per month Utilities included Yes any other fees?
