Enormous mansion with 9,088 sq ft of space built in 1958. This massive home sits on a huge flat lot in the northern valley. A large brick driveway pulls up to this decedent home complete with a batting cage, private car collection, and grand piano. The inside is decorated with marble flooring and large crystal chandeliers. The house centers on a large living room complete with a double set of stairs that meet each other at the bottom. The backyard has a large patio and pool surrounded by tall trees offering a cool secluded scene. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
