About the Space

Stunning Spanish compound located atop the gorgeous Encino Hills with breathtaking views of San Fernando Valley. Completely designer renovated in 2017 and featured in many interior design magazines (House Beautiful, HGTV, etc.) Amazing views, photoshoot-worthy layout and colorful/eclectic/classic room designs. The house has a large wrap around terrace and pool area with a classic covered cabana with vaulted ceiling and antique fixtures as well as an outdoor kitchen and bar with incredible views all surrounded by lush gardens and mature trees. The house has an open floor plan with waterfall island in a chef's kitchen. All rooms have large sliding glass doors overlooking the terrace, pool and view. Owner has over 20 years experience with production and fashion/photo shoots. SCOUTING: Preferred scouting times are Tuesday and Friday afternoons. PARKING The gated front driveway fits 6 cars and there is plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets. HOURS Set up and clean up must be included in the time booked. We accommodate bookings between 6am-midnight. Clean up must be complete within booking time. If you are running late, your full time will still be charged. INSURANCE Production insurance is required for film and photo shoots. Event insurance required for all corporate events and all vendors must be insured and hold valid permits. We do not host parties. NOISE LEVEL Because this venue is in a residential neighborhood, we must be respectful to our neighbors. Extremely loud noise is not permitted, and we ask that all amplification be turned off or minimized after 5PM. TRASH All trash must be removed after the event/shoot and taken offsite. FURNITURE Furniture may be moved, but please ask our permission first. If furniture/household items are moved (as agreed upon in advance), they must be returned to original spot during wrap. SMOKING No smoking indoors or outdoors. No exceptions. FOOD/BEVERAGES No underage drinking will be tolerated. Food and beverages should remain on exterior property unless arranged differently in advance. No adult filming or photoshoots. Additional Rules -Small trucks or vans only maximum height 9’ -All equipment needs to have tennis balls on the bottom  - All high traffic areas need to be covered in mats -If using garage/office- RAM boards need to be put down before -Outside bathroom and one indoor bathroom can be used -No artwork or mirrors can be moved without asking -If any furniture are moved, must be put back exactly how it was found  -GUEST HOUSE is a special request with additional charge if available (teal bed room with beams and gold bathroom) please inquire **If you have a large shoot - please contact us- our neighbor with shared driveway next door can rent her yard and driveway that can as spill over space for - craft services, prep, waiting area for additional fee.
