The house has recently been remodeled in the style of California Craftsman with wooden casement windows. The Craftsman home has Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors. The guest ADU in the back of the property used to be an external garage. Yes, there is a long driveway to the ADU. The backyard is enclosed by double gates, a fence, and the main house. The front yard and the backyard are exquisitely manicured. To top it all off there is a white picket fence in front of the house which has a wooden gate that invites you in! - The WIFI connects to a fiber channel and you should be able to get 150mbps when accessing the internet. - The house provides a lot of different spaces to shoot with different color walls, and room for gear. - The additional unit in the back also makes for a great place to have a green room or do more shooting. This is a 10/10 place for many different uses. This cottage is also a perfect meeting place with it's own great room, kitchen, bathroom and a private garden - In addition to being a great media production space, the main house first floor is also a great meeting place. There is a giant living room, roomy family with an open kitchen and a sunroom which is perfect for intimate small meetings. - In addition to being a great media production space, the back yard is great for a small team meeting with great privacy and even a BBQ grill if you want to feed your team with something special. p.s.
