Hello and thank you for considering our property. This is an approximately 3,300 sqft home located on an island in the Hampton Roads Peninsula. To reach the property you must travel down a single road, over a bridge surrounded by marsh and over 40 ft tall loblolly pine trees. You can see crane flying, deer's crossing the road and ducks getting pretty acquainted with you and your vehicle.
This house is located on a picturesque quintessential beach community street that dead ends in to a Caudel sac. The home is positioned towards the end of the Caudle Sac for ultimate privacy. This is a three-story beach home painted in soft pink with a white trim and a customed etched front door. The entire yard is surrounded by a manicured lawn and bushes.
When you enter the home your feet will instantly be greeted with Spanish tile floors and your eyes will gaze up following the lines of our 21 ft ceiling. The three-quarter staircase is constructed of white solid wood and soft cream-colored bamboo floors.
On the first level is a laundry room and coat closet. We also have two guest rooms and a full bath. One guest room is available for content use. It is decorated with traditional wood furniture, a white four post bed and stunning views of the World-Famous Chesapeake Bay. Full bath is large, gallery style design, with tile floors and a bright white sink and shower.
Making your way to 2nd floor where there is a formal living room with 270-degree ocean views. The living room flows into the breakfast nook and the state of the art newly renovated kitchen. We have a piano in our formal space. White 60's style round breakfast nook table with Japanese style chairs.
Our kitchen has white granite counter tops. Each appliance in the home was purchased brand new and installed in 2021/2022. New washer, dryer, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. All appliances are stainless steel, and the entire kitchen is in pristine condition.
The kitchen is adjacent to the formal dining room. This area is illuminated by a radiant oversized crystal chandelier. The table is set for a formal soiree. Wood and glass window cabinets flank the formal dining room. The cabinets frame a built-in buffet with a stunning white granite top with mineral stone accents.
Our family room is located one level down. It is a sunk-in intimate space with vaulted ceilings and cathedral ventanas. The room is decorated in a bohemian-international vibe. Your eyes will gaze upon bold animal prints, leather and original photos captured by the homeowner. This is the heart of the home. This room faces west and each twilight it is infused with natural sunlight from our spectacular sunset behind an opulent overgrown marsh waterway.
The entire third floor is the Owner's Suite and spans the entire length of the house. We have an expansive walk-in closet that is available for content upon request. There is a desk, modern gas fireplace, a large oversized king bed and once again 270 degree views of the ocean. The En-suite bathroom has, double sinks, a spa-bathtub, a separate two person shower. Tucked in the corner is a sauna room with pine walls and a modern wood bench. There is a built in fragrance diffuser and Japanese-style water bucket for added drama and effect.
If it is needed for production the 200 sq ft walk-in closet can be made available. Please do not hesitate to let us know what your crew needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

This is the most amazing location I’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the hosts are super accommodating! If you’re looking to book this house and there are hours available GO FOR IT!!! You will not regret it! Additionally, the kitchen has everything you could need (including a Keurig), the AC is ice cold, the hot water and water pressure are fantastic, and the hosts provided more than enough bath towels and even beach towels for our group of 10! Bonus that there are beach chairs and an umbrella to use! The bikes were fun too! We brought blow up floats, a raft, and a paddle board which was perfect to use right off the back (keep in mind getting down the rocks takes some agility). The water is clean and there is nice sand to be felt underfoot (no muck). If you want to float and stay in one place bring a small anchor. If you want a Sandy beach instead the walk to the public beach is nice and that beach is very clean and not super crowded! We spent a lot of time on the decks which provides a lot of seating and always had a nice breeze! Dolphins came into view regularly at varying times of day and that was always such a treat! We also spotted some sting rays! This place is by far the best!

From booking to check out, Tracie was a joy to work with and was extremely responsive. This property is in an amazing location with great amenities and we look forward to going back to Hampton so we can stay there again!

That view! You just have to see it for yourself. We had an incredible stay at a beautiful house with exceptional communication from the host Tracie. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and provided a warm environment to play with my new granddaughter. The kitchen was high end, updated, pristine, and included everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms were clean, fresh, and to be perfectly honest… luxurious! Thank you Tracie! Tammy.
