PRODUCTION: Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a low impact shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 and a minimum of 4 hours/day. Please inquire for rates for larger shoots/projects. PRODUCTION/STILLS: This single level home and backyard was featured in recent T Mobile, Pier 1, Burning Torch and Wayfair television and print advertisements and a Film 45 documentary project. There is abundant street parking 24 hours a day and a large parking lot across the street available for rent from a separate vendor for trucks and craft services. Spaces also available for craft services in front, circular driveway, side patio or backyard. EVENTS: We host birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, family reunions and small weddings. We have many wonderful vendors to recommend for catering and flowers. EXTERIOR: Brand new pool and spa. Large outdoor patio for events with teak table (seats 10) and stone fire pit (seats 15). Teak deck with chaise lounges and umbrella. Additional side teak deck. Outdoor bocce ball court, hot/cold shower, BBQ, pizza oven, ping-pong table. INTERIOR: open plan indoor gourmet kitchen, living room, den/music room, 2 bedrooms for hair/makeup and wardrobe, 1 full bath, 1 half bath available for use.
