About the Space
perfect for outdoor events like small receptions and celebrations! The space can be configured to meet many different needs. Four hour minimum - $525 plus fees and options 5 to 50 persons, Wifi and parking for 60 cars in downtown included ($25 value per car!) Access directly from the street. Additional rental items are available for a fee, folding tables, chairs, stools, easels, risers podium with mic, and sounds system. Easy access to restrooms and water fountain. Must use approved caterer – no exceptions. Must use TABC certificated bar service. Security guard required for event with more than 60 persons. Recycling/refuse barrel provided. Any setup and take down time must be added to the event time as part of the hour charges. Special cleaning fees specific events – please inquire for Art tour available free of charge on request.
