Small Bright Studio This studio is perfect for creative shoots and content creation. Affordable Spacious { 300 sq. ft studio } in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver, Canada. We have sunlight that comes through the 2 large east-facing windows High Ceiling This is a perfect affordable studio space and location for all photo and video production! There are two (2) shared bathrooms on the floor. Best Light: Morning to early afternoon Unfortunately, there are no elevators in the building. Access to the studio is by stairs only (we are on the third floor). RULES No Adult filming No Alcohol No Cooking No Loud noises No Outside catering/food No Smoking No burning, candles or smoke machine use allowed. Allowed Pets Small Catering allowed (snacks and beverages) Maximum 5 persons All garbage and recycling must be taken with you at the end of your time. Please be mindful of neighbours and excessive noise. There are garbage bags provided, please place all garbage in bag and leave by door upon departure. Leave space as you found it, meaning move any furniture back if you have rearranged it. ★ Our Studio manager does take a look at the camera once in a while just to make sure everything is going well at the studio. ★ Please leave the studio the way you found it and that way we do not have to charge you a cleaning fees. ★ We do not allow any stock photography allowed in our studios - reach out if you need further clarifications
