About the Space
This beautiful home was built in 1976. It has not had the modern make over and possesses much of the charm of its era, such as a double sided stone fireplace! There is NO HOA! Situated on 2 lots, the driveway is large & can accommodate all production vehicles for a commercial. Crew may park in the street. There are churches with larger parking lots within 1 mile, and the neighbors are VERY FILM FRIENDLY! If you want to film in or around the pool, you MUST hire an EMT that is currently certified in Water Rescue. No exceptions you will be asked to show their certification and Identification at the time of signing an agreement.
