Historically known as "the tower house" this property was once Oceanside's second Fire Station and is boasting with lush trees, custom décor and elegant lighting. This lush green outdoor yard is a perfect venue for events, meetings and offers perfect backdrop to make your next shoot a success. Rental comes with a built in bar, bar top table around our historic pine tree, 3 couches, 3 firepits (propane on client), 4 luxury chairs, 1 luxury bench, Victorian table with 6 chairs, 4 metal chairs, Italian lights, fairy lights, and more.
