Amazing location. Everything as pictured. Great host.

This luxury custom log home is a 5BR/5Bth and is very private in a heavily wooded area with beautiful forest views. It's an off-grid solar home and is 100% self sufficient and features high end finishes, a large chef's kitchen, grand room with vaulted ceilings, and game room for entertainment. The home also features 2 gas fireplaces, large deck off the back, and spacious bedrooms. This home is primarily used as a short term rental. Couple issues for production: This home is solar / battery powered. Production crews will have to provide your own power source / generator, as the house can't accommodate professional equipment. There's also only parking for about 9 cars, and there's NO street parking. We can't fit a Semi truck at this location. But a box truck is fine. This house can not accommodate more than 30 guests for a shoot, because we do not have the parking space for more than 9 cars, but also because we are on septic, and can't have more than 30 people flushing toilets.
