Load-in/out Policy: The space is ONLY available for the contracted rental times. Time for load-in, load-out, cleaning and any other access to the space must be included in the contract. Overtime Policy: Very Strict. Please, do not go over time. We highly recommend booking ample time for your event to save money. Our overtime rate is 1.5 times the normal rate. Guidelines 1. Illegal activity is prohibited as by law. 2. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited on the premises. 3. You are responsible for returning the space to its original condition (you can use glitter and confetti, but if you do not clean up entirely, a cleaning fee will be added to the rental total). 4. You are responsible for obtaining any special permits or licenses required for your event. 5. Outside catering is allowed, but food/drinks should be prepared and ready to serve (we do not provide food preparation/storage facilities). 6. You are responsible for fees incurred with relation to activities and performances which may be payable to ASCAP, BMI or other such associations or societies.
