Polished concrete floors throughout and historic corrugated metal ceiling & sandblasted metal roof trusses. Gated private parking (entire parking lot only available on weekends). Trash and recycling containers on site. 2 lockable back offices with 2 private restrooms, and wifi available. Ample power access throughout interior and in courtyard. Overhead, dimmer-equipped track lighting and truss-mounted, adjustable klieg lights available 4 large, historic sliding barn doors for easy load-in and load-out (because of this, space is not climate controlled - sorry, no vehicles allowed in space without prior consent from owner). Located near the train tracks, so noise maybe a factor at times.
