The colorful, eclectic decor and natural light in this spacious home create a fun and welcoming environment for any event! The kitchen, family room, dining room, and breakfast area are well arranged in an open concept for easily gathering together. There's additional seating at the kitchen counter. Note that the 85 person capacity is ONLY for outdoors. Indoors can accommodate 30 people. Up to 30 people can comfortably dine inside. More than 14 people would require renting the available folding tables and chairs. Note that not all 30 people will be dining in the same room. 14 in dining room; 8 in living room; 8 in breakfast area. However, the open concept layout makes conversation and layout seamless. The modern kitchen has convection oven, microwave, convection toaster oven, double sink, and huge island. Cookware and serving-ware is available, as well as full place settings for up to 12. The porch, patio, and backyard make for additional fabulous outdoor space for your event. Garden parties here are amazing! The porch is filled with comfy furniture, plus a TV with surround sound system. There's an outdoor kitchen with a large grill, double burner, refrigerator, and prep sink. The coffee table in front of the couch is a fire pit table. There's outdoor dining for 8 at the main table and 4 more at the high-top table. Additional folding tables and chairs can be added to seat 30 on the patio. Two 10' x 20' tents can be added for more covered space. There’s room in the backyard for a bounce-house, or corn-hole, or kiddie pool. Alternatively, if the yard is used for tables and seating, up to 85 people can dine outside. (More than 30 people would require renting tables and chairs from an outside source.)
