Whether it’s a corporate meeting, workshop training session, or a social event, our event space is perfect for gatherings of up to 80 attendees and has the flexibility to give you what you need. Made up of a main hall, private breakout/make up room, and sunroom, the exposed red brick walls add a charm and warmth to any event. The main hall and conference room are empty, no furniture, versatile for any event. The main hall has a small refrigerator and sink, tucked in the corner, this can also be removed if needed. The sunroom has two chairs and plants that can be removed if needed. The venue is also equipped with cutting-edge technology for professional presentations and virtual events for an additional charge. The venue also has accessibility to two restrooms.
Perfectly located in the Historic Swiss District, this beautiful event space is convenient and flexible. Just a short walk to Deep Ellum, the Pittman Hotel, and the Dart Station, this space is uniquely versatile and equipped to support special events, meetings, pop-up retail, and photo/video shoots.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be added for events, if your are doing a small photo video shoot the cleaning fee can be removed.
