Launched in June 2005 The Hampton is a health and fitness club that is based in Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull.
Our newly refurbished and generously sized studio, Cardio-Vascular and resistance areas are available for professional use. In the past our facility has been rented by the BBC for strictly come dancing contestants, various photo shoots and by the NHS.
