About the Space
Here at Broadway, we have 4 ground floor venues that can accommodate 45-55 attendees, 75-95 attendees and 120-150 attendees. The venues are also situated in the street level of a newly renovated building, a few yards away from the subway. They are all column-free open spaces and feature a 30 feet wide floor-to-ceiling glass storefront. They also feature a high ceiling, new hardwood oak floor, AC, heating, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, a warming room with a sink. We planed the layout for various events and users and designed the interior to minimize your set-up time and decoration costs. We also have a 2nd floor venue in downtown Brooklyn (Willoughby St and Lawrence St) that can accommodate 100 ppl, and a venue on Myrtle Av. @ Clinton Hill near Pratt Institute, that can accommodate 40 attendees or more.

This space is nice, but my only grievance is that I wish the owner was a bit more flexible with requests and had better communication regarding their requirements.
