This listing is for private access to our beautiful event hall conveniently located in downtown Avalon Park. This hall is located inside an assisted living facility. Please inquire via messaging if you're interested. Booking time includes setup and breakdown times. Capacity: 60 Included: •WiFi •Natural Light •11-60" Round Tables, 6 Cocktail Tables •60 Chairs Uses: •Birthday Parties •Private Events •Networking Events •Celebrations •Get Togethers All guests must remain in the space assigned to them and understands that the kitchen, foyer, stairways, elevators and additional floors are off limits. The host agrees to clean the facility leaving it in the same conditions it was prior to the rental period. The host will remove the plastic liners from the waste baskets, secure them by tying the tops, remove them from the building and put them in the trash container located in the west side parking lot. The room arrangement must be returned to the original formation. Counters must be cleaned and wiped down. Floors must be swept. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if the room is not left in the condition it was not found in.

The location is beautiful. I had my baby shower here and I could not have picked a better place. Its more than enough parking. Everyone there was very courteous and helping. If I have any other events in the future this is a place I will definitely book first.
