LOAD-IN DETAILS: • 12' Freight elevator is available from 8AM - 6PM. • A loading zone is attached to the building and offers temporary 10 minute parking. CYC WALL DETAILS: The cyc wall is equipped with two hanging runners. The stock setup includes 8 halogen lights, but clients have the option to bring additional lighting to use. If you plan on bringing your own hanging lights please specify your intended setup with us prior to booking the space.

- Smoking
- Minimum $25 cleaning/repaint charge for scuffs, marks, stains, etc. NO outside shooting on complex grounds.
- Minimum $60 cleaning fee for use of the above without permission.
- NO glitter, powder, oils, smoke effects, body painting, hair cutting or other messy items without prior permission.
- NO smoking of any kind permitted within the studio or building grounds. Minimum $200 fine for smoking
