We offer the entire 1st and second floor (besides a few rooms that would be locked). This would be for larger set productions (Movies, Commercials, Etc.) The square footage would be around 4,500 sq ft. This would include the dining area (that is listed as an add-on for the other spaces) along with the kitchen, living room area, and office space that is not noted in the other bookings. This also includes the outdoor deck and front lawn with a walk up bar.
