Third floor old school office, multipurpose room, reception area and hallway is available 24/7 for filming in bustling scenic downtown Long Beach area. Furnished as seen in pictures. Any furniture or other items are allowed to be moved around for set dressing purposes. Multipurpose room can be used as pre-school, small class room, interrogation room, hospital room. Just use your imagination. Space consist of 3 separate offices, larger multipurpose middle space room and reception desk area. Small Hallway to between office, multipurpose room, and reception area. Good for smaller film crews as equipment and people should all be inside of space. Over flow into hallway or common areas of building outside the offices space is discouraged.
