Equipped with an expandable DMX control lighting system and state-of-the-art AV equipment, it’s got everything you need for a disco, fashion show, photo shoot or Las Vegas-style casino experience. It can also be a calm focused place for meetings, product launches, or training sessions. Modern amenities in the theater are thoughtfully blended into the historical elements of the building’s lower level with raw, board-formed concrete walls, unfinished Douglas fir support structure and polished concrete floors. Convenient load-in and load-out is provided through a large roll-up door accessed through the alley. With a retractable wall, the theater can be split into two spaces, hence the Musings Gallery. The theater also has the added bonus of an elegant green room/bridal room equipped with a shower, sink, vanity, couch and comfy chairs. Theater amenities include a fully equipped prep kitchen, modern ADA rest rooms, a full air handling system and state-of-the-art AV and lighting equipment with a projector and retractable screen.
