GENERAL OVERVIEW: Welcome to our spacious two-story building in Austin, designed to meet all your professional media production needs. With ample parking spaces and a flexible layout, you have the freedom to customize the space to suit your production requirements. ON-LOCATION RENTALS: In addition to the space itself, we offer on-location rentals such as cameras, lenses (both regular and cinema), and other professional gears. We can also provide a standby makeup artist, photographer, and videographer upon request. Please check with us for availability if you require any of these professionals for your shoot. CONVENIENT LOCATION: Our property is centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and downtown Pflugerville, all within walking distance. The Domain is just a 12-minute drive away, downtown Austin is only 17 minutes away, and Austin Bergstrom International Airport is a convenient 26-minute drive. VERSATILE SPACES: On the main floor, you'll find two large living spaces. One is a controlled light for photo, video and podcast, while the other is a naturally lit west-facing living space for other types of content. We also have a guest rest/changing room equipped with all essentials including cloth rack needed for continuous shoot. Please note that appropriate proof of entity, permissions/licenses, and/or releases are required for adult content shoots. EQUIPMENT: Our space is equipped with a wide range of professional gear to enhance your creativity and comfort. You'll have access to C-stands, V-flats, strobes, continuous lights, TV monitors, Wide Angle Large Teleprompter, Camera Motorized Slide, Large parabolic umbrellas, color gels, various modifiers and snoots, beauty dishes, different color backdrops, green screens, and creative custom sets, including a well-designed podcast set. We also provide a large fabric green screen (no Cy c walls) for your convenience. AUDIO QUALITY: The studio is sound treated with acoustic wood slats and panels to provide the highest quality audio recording. We offer a selection of professional audio equipment and microphones to ensure the best sound capture possible. PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT: If you're looking for a peaceful shooting environment away from distractions and city traffic, our space is the perfect choice.
