About the Space

Railtown loft with beautiful natural light with 16' ceilings. South and south west facing floor to ceiling windows make the studio perfect for your creative shoots. **Please note this studio is also a home, and there is a cat here. Please do not book if you are or any team members are allergic to cats. The cat can potentially be temporarily relocated, depending on the shoot.** The studio includes the following in the rental: - x4 large c-stands - x8 sandbags - stepladder - Variety of chairs and stools (yellow lounge chair, black stool, oak counter stools, apple box and more) - Sofa (please do not move it!) - Fold up tables - Clothing rack - Steamer - Desk - Extension cords - Variety of plants, small and large - Floor length mirror in hallway Additional rentals: - Backdrop stand - Variety of backdrops - Additional light stands - Godox Strobe lights (AD600 + AD400) - Light modifiers/softboxes - 5K Monitor - Tether cables - Tripod + head *Other notes about the studio: - Parking is limited to street. - There is a bathroom in the apartment/studio. - There is an elevator however there are some steps that then lead to the studio on the second floor. - If you're wanting to use the studio for food photography, there is a kitchen to use, but additional fees will incur.
