This unique live work studio is a great space for your next shoot! The space is a bight, open concept industrial studio space furnished in a minimal and monochromatic style. Newly renovated with an enclosed kitchen, light wood floors, and a raised bedroom platform. They layout and furniture is very flexible and can easily be rearranged to suit your needs. Bonus is the extensive library of photography and art books. This is a working photography studio and you may add on the use of various equipment: - Backdrop with paper rolls, white is usually always up but can be swapped for grey or black FREE - Clothing rack FREE - 48"Translucent, Silver, Gold, White and Black disk FREE - 2 X super clamps - 1 X SL-200W continuous video light +$20/Hr - 2 X GP400 strobes with wireless control +$20/Hr Each - 72" Reflective Parabolic Umbrella FREE WITH LIGHT RENTAL - 13.8" X 63" beehive softbox FREE WITH LIGHT RENTAL - 60" Octagonal Softbox FREE WITH LIGHT RENTAL Various other cameras and things are available - Just ask!
