This small but lovely studio is brightly lit and private. The 360 sq ft is very good for art classes, meetings, photoshoots, and art presentations and can accommodate up to 10 to 15 people. Studio 3 is the perfect fit for anyone looking for an affordable, private and brightly lit space. It is a great venue for small parties, workshops and other types of gatherings. Studio 3 features 360 sq ft of space, enough to accomodate up to 15 people. The cosy Studio 3 is lit only by ceiling lights and has no windows, making it excellent for photography, filming and art events. Lights can also be turned off for complete darkness for moodier scenes. Paintings decorate the walls for a splash of colour and are made by the owners of the business! The doors to this space lead out to a vibrant storefront, which acts as a creative and artsy introduction to the rest of the space. Studio 3 also has a few features that the other rooms we offer don't have! We have a well-mounted TV that renters may use for presentations or streaming games and videos. Additionally, it is the only studio with its own attached washroom making it perfect to rent as a dressing room as an accompaniment to renting our larger studios. Wifi is available. Washrooms are available. Small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave is also available upon request.
