Bank location complete with 2 vaults, one bank lobby, teller line with four teller windows, glass conference room/office with window looking down on the teller area, private booths, and 2 restrooms. The bank lobby has 28ft ceilings, counts with marble and wooden floors, wooden teller line, columns, chandelier lighting, and elevator. The bank was the actual location of the Yorkville Federal Savings Bank in the late 20th century. It is conveniently located off of Depot Square in Tuckahoe, NY and in front of the Tuckahoe Metro North Station (just 30 minutes from Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan). A variety of wonderful restaurants and cafes are located nearby (walking distance). Only two parking spots available onsite, with many morning in metered street parking. Metro North parking lot across the street. The location is available for photo shoots, video shoots, corporate events and small parties (up to 100 ppl). Past productions include music videos, commercials, movie scenes, photography, and fashion shows (including runways).
