About the Space
We are a 10 acre farm with a small (acre) lavender field, an 80x40 foot open air Pavillon with concrete floor and a gravel patio with landscaping. There is also a large 2 story shed with functional male and female bathrooms downstairs and a changing area/office upstairs. The property also offers a guesthouse (rentable) and a large brick 2 story house with separate fenced yard. (Private residence). We have 10-12 fruit trees and a large garden at the rear of the property. We also have a large 10 foot fire pit in the back corner of the property. We offer field/ grass parking area. We can also provide 30 6-foot white folding tables and 150 white folding chairs for events. This is a farm setting with a rustic fence and a horse pasture next door. The back and south side of the property are both tree lined.
