About the Space

Our event space is 6,000 square foot industrial event space with concrete floors, exposed columns, vaulted ceilings and boasts 70-foot mural by Ewok. The venue is perfect for hosting private events, viewing parties, musical performances, corporate outings, and gaming tournaments. Located adjacent to Hotel 50 at the intersection of Lower East Side and Chinatown and just across the Manhattan Bridge from Brooklyn. We also have a 20-foot LED screen, stage, café, live streaming capabilities, content production, a streaming booth, and event management all under one roof. The space operates as a gaming venue during the day the first and largest space dedicated to gamers, streamers, content creators both casual & professional. Our goal is to have this rented out by brands and corporations for events. We have a full service bar that can be incorporated into events as well. We are definitely flexible on rate and dates!
