The space is a multi-use newly built (2016) fully furnished design house with 4 ensuite bedrooms in the convenient westside Dunbar area. The location is a few blocks from the Dunbar community centre, Starbucks and several drug stores and major banks. Installed we have central air conditioning and Telus Fibre high-speed internet (170 Mbps), radiant floor heat with one gas fire place in the main living room, basement has home theatre; AirPlay and bluetooth speakers throughout the two-storey house, and multiple AppleTVs and Amazon Fire TV hooked up to 65" TVs. Lots of natural sunlight and dimmable interior lights, professional separate gas kitchen attached to the main kitchen with Miele appliances, washer and dryer, ample free parking with lots of sunlight. Steam room and sauna also available in the basement. Front and back yard. Perfect for events and gatherings. 4,035 sqft interior space and land size 6,512 sqft.

Normal hours 9 to 5 pm. Host may require to be onsite during partial occupation of the space, depending on the nature of use. No smoking, partying, recreational drugs or pets please. Since we are in an upscale residential area, we want to respect our friendly neighbors and have noise curfew at 10 pm. Long term guests are to adhere to the normal available hours and should not be expected to stay overnight.
