It’s a 20 minute drive to Cornell University, 15 minutes to Cayuga Lake, 30 minutes to neighboring Seneca Lake. Home is on 2 acres with a steep manicured lawn enclosed by a fence, fire pit with pebble patio, and uphill forest.
