Large open space in a historic Victorian house in Catskill, NY. The ground floor is an open floor plan with 1400sf of space. Great for birthday parties, family getaways and wedding parties. The whole house is 3,000sf and there are four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. A long living room is 700sf. There is a 280sf kitchen off of the event space. In addition there is a 270sf reception area. There is space for three cars in the driveway, as well a street parking for an additional eight cars across the street. There is more street parking on side streets and a municipal lot a block and a half from the space.
