About the Space

Beautiful 1880s Victorian, described by locals as a "gem" of our town's historic district. Includes many original features, including the wrap around porch, all original woodwork and fireplaces, and original first floor windows. Some areas of the house have been and continue to be brought up to date for modern living. The kitchen was last done in the early 80s but has been repainted to our tastes and and we've added a removable island. The front living room and master bedroom and bathroom have been renovated, and the attic is now converted into a bright and comfortable 2 bedroom sanctuary and home office space. Ideal for filming a very typical New York surburban family lifestyle with an exceptional yard and original detached barn.
