The Triple A Camera Pouch 100 has a thin camera strap which can be unclipped and removed if you wish to wear the pouch on a bag or belt instead of on your body. The length of the strap can be adjusted.

The pouch is accessed via a zip around the top - the zip is encased in soft rubber giving it a good grip and feel. Inside you'll find a mesh pouch with an elasticated top which is ideal for storing a memory card. On the back there's a small carry handle and a velcro-secured strip which is used to attach the pouch to your belt or bag. It's secured on either side, making it extra secure.

The pouch is easy to access and your camera will feel well-protected thanks to the padding in the walls. The 400D waterproof outer fabric also gives reassurance should you be caught in the rain.

Value For Money

The Triple A Camera Pouch 100 is available for £19 on Amazon, and for the money you get a well-padded pouch with a couple of carrying options and a mesh memory card holder, as well as a 400D waterproof fabric.

It's a compact camera pouch that offers a fair amount for the money and isn't too flashy. Similar pouches include the Lowepro Apex 30 AW which has a rubber base protector, available for £14.99. For something more slimline, Crumpler also make a neoprene pouch called the PP55, for super slim cameras.

The Triple A Camera Sling 3800 is fairly inconspicuous in its black colouring with neutral/sand beige inner. It's comfy when worn thanks to the padded shoulder strap.

It's fairly easy to access your kit while the bag is worn - the lack of zip across the main compartment means its a quiet opener, but this does impact how secure it is. Dividers are easily moved to accommodate your kit and the zipped main compartment on the underside of the lid is very handy.

Crumpler Triple A Camera Sling Backpack

Highres Crumpler Triple a Sling Rearjpg 1584622938

The Triple A camera sling backpack is designed to be worn across the body and the strap can be clipped to either side of the bag depending on which way you'd prefer to wear it. It's available in black or tactical green for £109 from Amazon.

Highres Crumple Triple a Sling Shoulder Detail 1584622960

The bag can hold 2 DSLR bodies with lenses attached and a couple of extra lenses, or half of the space could be used for personal items. The front of the bag features a vertical zipped pocket, ideal for documents or a hard drive.

Highres Crumpler Triple a Sling Strap 1584622959

The bag is designed so that when worn, you can slide it around the body either way and access your kit. There's a u-shaped zip on the bottom giving access to one space, and a u-shaped zip on the right-hand side giving access to the other. The divider is sewn in, so it's not possible to entirely remove it.

On the other side of the bag there is a zipped pocket featuring another internal pocket for small accessories. To the rear behind the back padding is another vertical zipped pocket ideal for a small tablet or a notepad. There's a carry handle, and the padded and wide strap is attached to the middle of the bag at the top. At the bottom there are clips on either side so that you can adjust it depending on if you're left or right-handed, which is a nice touch.

Highres Crumpler Triple a Sling Bottom Access 1584622958

Key Features

  • 300D Nylon outer
  • Holds up to 2 DSLRs with lenses attached
  • Adjustable sling shoulder strap
  • Side and rear opening

Highres Crumpler Triple a Sling Side Access 1584622959

The Triple A Camera Sling Backpack is really comfy thanks to the super padded camera strap, and the system of sliding it around to access your kit works well. Our only slight concern is with the bottom zip - if you're wearing the bag and someone unzipped this, your gear would fall straight out.

The bag is well-padded and sports a simple and modern design, meaning you could use it for other things as well if you can cope with the odd zip placements!

Highres Crumpler Triple a Sling Left and Right Fitment Options 1584622958

The Crumpler Triple A Camera Sling Backpack is available for £109 on Amazon, making it a fair investment. It's well made though, and justified if you want a proper sling bag that's ergonomically designed and makes it easy to access all your kit when worn.

We especially like the ability to change the side of the bag to which the strap attaches, as this allows it to be worn naturally and comfortably by left and right-handed users alike.

Crumpler Triple A Camera Sling Backpack Pros

  • Well designed for access while worn
  • Can be worn left or right-handed
  • Comfy, well-padded strap

Crumpler Triple A Camera Half Backpack

Highres Crumpler Triple a Camera Half Backpack Wornjpg 1584023658

The Triple A Camera Half Backpack is so named because the bottom half of the bag is used to store kit - it can hold a DSLR body, plus 2-3 lenses and small accessories such as battery packs. The top half of the bag leaves plenty of space for your personal items.

It's available for £81 on Amazon and you can choose from black or tactical green (the same colour as the Triple A Camera sling backpack).

The Triple A Half Backpack is a strange shape, with a square and narrow top which is closed by a zip. It almost looks as though it should roll down, but there's no facility for this. Opening it up gives access to ample space for personal kit - things such as a waterproof coat and lunch box for a day trip would easily fit. There's a zipped mesh pocket on the rear wall, ideal for documents.

Highres Crumpler Half Camera Inside 1584023696

On the front is a small zipped pocket, and below this is the camera compartment, featuring a 3-sided zip. There's a removable padded camera tray which is where all the kit sits - the bag is padded all over as well, giving double protection for your camera gear. The divider between the top and bottom sections can be unzipped so that you can use the bag for other things too.

On the back are two padded shoulder straps featuring a sternum strap and a carry handle.

Highres Crumpler Half Camera Backpack Camera Compartment Open 1584023694

Key Features

  • Space for a DSLR, 2-3 lenses and a battery charger/small accessories
  • Removable padded camera tray
  • Large top compartment for personal accessories
  • Padded 300D outer material

Highres Crumpler Half Camera Close up 1584023695

The Triple A Camera Half Backpack is padded well, but doesn't have much structure to the top half - it's quite flimsy unless you stuff it full. The removable camera tray is a great feature, letting you keep kit all together and safe even if you need to use the bag for other things.

When worn the bag is comfy, despite the slightly strange shape but as with all the crumpler bags we've looked at, it has a modern and sleek outer.

Highres Crumpler Half Camera Insert 1584023696

Value For Money

The Crumpler Triple A Camera Half Backpack is available for £81 on Amazon, which makes it better value than the camera sling backpack, plus it can hold more kit.

It's very similar to the Crumpler Pearler Backpack which we reviewed in 2018, except this bag did have the roll-down top to make it a little neater when not full to the top.

Crumpler Triple A Camera Half Backpack Pros

  • Plenty of space for personal gear
  • Removable padded camera tray
  • Comfy

Crumpler Triple A Camera Half Backpack Cons

  • Flimsy build when not full

Ratings - Crumpler Triple a Camera Half Backpack
