This house is even prettier in person than in the pictures, and it's really pretty just in the pictures. The recent remodel gave us a gorgeous, spacious home to film in and get plenty of depth to our shots. The set dec necessary was so minimal as it was already a beautiful home. The kitchen and the back patio were our two main areas and there was plenty of room to setup the dolly and track and get some beautiful coverage. Also, the downstairs guest room was perfect for a green room and for hair and makeup and there was plenty of seating around the house for video village to move when needed. Brenna was wonderful making sure we had all our questions answered and knew how to operate everything in the smart home. Also, the city of Moorpark was simple to process the permit with and they allowed us to park our vehicles that didn't fit in the driveway at the nearby city park, very easy to work with. It's a gorgeous home and I would certainly film here again.

An incredible space that captures the 70s perfectly. Literally every square inch of this place is shootable and interesting. There was so much I ran out of time. The host was knowledgeable and great to work with. She went out of her way to make our shoot the best it could be.
