The house was a great venue for the proposal I had. It provided for a nice, modern home feel which made the event that much more special. The only issue I have is that everyone envisioned themselves living in a similar home, INCLUDING MY FIANCE! So… now I have some serious work to do. 😓😄

Chris was the absolute best host. Extremely communicative and truly went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly. From helping to setup to ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our rental, I can't recommend this place enough. Great size, easy parking and truly a 10/10 experience. We will for sure be renting again soon!

The space was an excellent solution to our two day, all day seminar. We comfortably fit around 55 people, catered lunch, and presentations. The seating was ample and the variety made for a great atmosphere. The venue was clean and organized. The staff was very helpful 10/10 would recommend. Just beware of parking - while there's parking on both sides of the building, street parking is really the main option but of course isn't guaranteed.

Absolutely amazing!! Everyone loved the venue. Its very spacious so even at capacity there was still alot of room to move around and breathe. Id give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely worth the investment

I must say I am beyond elated to work with Mariam and her team. She sat down with me and helped me with finalizing my event. As a host, she didn’t have to. She was able to build relationship with myself, security and Caterer. She was professional, and quick to be present and available with all of my concerns. Overall, her event space is perfect!!! Intimate and private location. Friendly, clean and she deserves recognition for her services. I would definitely book with her again. Thank you Mariam.
