Modern, bright, and versatile home of approximately 230 m² distributed over two floors, ideal for filming, photo shoots, advertising, interviews, music videos, and content creation. The main floor features a large open space with living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a contemporary design and abundant natural light. The kitchen has a central island, and the space offers different angles and backgrounds that allow for creating various scenes within the same location. The home also has four bedrooms, different zones and atmospheres, and a second floor that considerably expands filming possibilities. One of the rooms is set up as a professional music production and mixing studio, making it especially interesting for music videos, interviews, music-related content, or scenes set in a studio. The variety of spaces allows for achieving different aesthetics without the need to change location during production. Some furniture and decorative elements can be rearranged upon consultation to adapt to the project's needs. The space works especially well for commercials, editorial and lifestyle photography, interviews, branded content, social media, music videos, and small to medium-sized audiovisual productions. The home is easily accessible, and parking is readily available nearby. There is no elevator, so production equipment must be carried up the stairs. We accept a maximum of 12 people per booking, including technical crew and talent. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure the space properly fits the production's needs.
