This is our second time renting this space. Mike, the owner, is absolutely phenomenal! Accommodating, kind, funny, laid back. The space is INCREDIBLE on camera. The lighting, the vintage feel, the old piano! We will rent here over and over again!

This house was magical and amazing! Perfect for the birthday party we threw but also for any outdoor occasion! David was a true gem! Not only was he incredibly helpful in assisting our set up, but he answered all of our questions, provided extra supplies, and all our friends had friendly and fun moments to connect! We would definitely come back to this wonderful home. Games, pool supplies, and all the amenities one would need for a magical evening are included. 10/10 recommend! Thank you David!

Great space! Parking was iffy, but we found some. Great lighting! If you are to use the backdrop, I’d suggested turning it towards the light (we completely forgot to do this so our lighting was off 🥲) Space was lovely. Bathroom floor had some questionable stains, so we didn’t really use it. Overall I’d book again! Very nice space. Was able to extend my time easily as well. Great communication

Nina's space was amazing for our small e-commerce production! The home was staged beautifully which made production on our end a breeze and she was communicative throughout the entire process. The backyard is also excellent for shooting in. Would definitely recommend and come back :)

Not only was this location incredible looking, the location rep, David, was a pleasure to work with. David was very accommodating and helped us achieve our shooting goals from start to finish. I highly recommend this location for any video or photo shoot. Our specific project called for multiple scenes that would usually require multiple locations, but with the 3 Acre hill top ranch and its many diverse looks we were able to successfully reach our various aesthetics all on a single property. Thank you David for such a great experience and sharing your awesome location with us, we can not wait to come back!
