Rikk hat einen wunderschönen Ort! Er war äußerst zuvorkommend, und das Haus selbst ist wunderschön. Der Grund für 4 Sterne statt 5 ist, dass beim Betreten des Hauses ein Mann, der sagte, er sei Rikk's Neffe, auf dem Sofa rauchte, was einen Marihuanageruch hinterließ, und die Klimaanlage schien nicht leistungsstark genug zu sein, um die 20 Gäste im Haus zu kühlen, da mehrere Personen erwähnten, dass ihnen zu warm war. Das Haus selbst war wunderschön, die Aussicht war großartig, und Rikk's Service war hervorragend. Ich vertraue darauf, dass die genannten Bedenken für zukünftige Mieter behoben werden. Danke, Rikk!
