I looked a long time before I found Tara’s place for my personal business photoshoot and I’m soo glad I invested in this location! Location: Home is just a beautiful as the photos and you’ll find even more spots to shoot than you see in the listing. Make sure you watch the video tour of the home online on YouTube! The light in the location is amazing according to my photo team. We were able to shoot indoors and outside with no problem. The decor is soo good that you don’t need props or even your own flowers. Parking is fine if you don’t have too big a team. We were 7 total. Waterfalls. Broad shots over the golf course. The stairway. The piano. Tara accommodated my photographer with a scouting trip, so we knew just how to lay it all out for timing. Plenty of space! You can spread out and perfect spot downstairs off kitchen for dressing and makeup area with a wall of windows for natural light. Host (Tara): She’s real and kind. We communicated a LOT to get her location booked from overseas home (Australia). I felt confident booking an 11 hour day with her and flying across the globe to my site. And when she had an unforeseen issue of the prior days booking running late, so we bumped into her cleaning staff, she knocked herself out to make that right for me on my day and after. So you can feel safe, that if any issue arises, she’ll treat you fairly. This was a $20K photo shoot for me, all in, and I can say this was a $20K shoot location. This location is AMAZING for a film or photography crew. I had a small shoot that required a variety of setups. The host Nina was very accommodating. Her house is so stylish. The interior design is a TEN and it shows. I brought several props that I didn't even end up using because she had everything I needed and more. There is also a nice backyard area to step outside and/or leave equipment so that its not piled into the location. In addition, load-in and load-out were a breeze and efficiently designed for easy in-easy out. We forgot waters and she even had some complimentary bottles for us. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.
