This is my go-to studio when I need a clean, bright and versatile space for portraits. I do Christmas Portrait Pop Ups every year and last year was my first time booking this space. It went so well that I booked it again this year for two different dates. The building is iconic and sets a nice tone for my pop up. The parking for me for a full day is near by and reasonable, and the short term parking for my clients is across the street. I look for a safe, convenient and aesthetic space for my clients and this checks all of the boxes. I will definitely be booking again next year! Thanks for being the best host, Jenna!

John & Alex were extremely helpful in making sure our music video shoot went smoothly! They were able to provide us support in the pre-planning stages as well as being very responsive on our shoot day with answers to any of our questions. Would highly recommend their space for future productions.

The location was beautiful, but honestly the best part was how WONDERFUL Maria the owner was to work with. This location was expensive for our budget, but we get everything we needed and more. I cannot recommend Maria enough.

What a rare gem in the vicinity of Los Angeles! The home has so much character and texture to it. So pleased with it. The host, Michael, is icing on the cake -- he is so kind and generous and went above and beyond to make our scrappy little crew comfortable. A flawless experience all around :)

Huge space for a kid's party! I put up 2 bounce houses and there was still plenty of room for my guests to spread out. There's like 3 large class rooms and an area in the back where I was able to put all my catered food. Theres plenty of tables and chairs. Theres a regular sized fridge and microwave. 2 bathrooms. My guests enjoyed the party. If I had another large party, I would definitely come back.
