It’s my first time using this platform and I can’t be any happier with Matthew’s place. It was so easy to communicate and work with him. Very accommodating and hassle free transaction. I know there’s so many great spaces in here but what makes these platforms work are the people/host behind them. End of the day, you have to be welcoming and this is what my family was looking for in a host for my sons 3rd Birthday. We are thankful and it’s was a pleasure meeting/working with Matthew. The venue is great and spacious! The area is sketchy but inside is beautiful!! Definitely recommend for photoshoots or themed parties! No need to decorate they got you with the setting! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Nick and his team were all incredibly helpful and made my 27th birthday a huge success. Nick was so responsive when I had questions during the planning process. All of my party guests had such a great time and enjoyed the space. I definitely recommend this space for an intimate gathering with friends.
