Me and my Crew had a Phenomenal Experience filming here. Andrew was an amazing host. He assisted us in every aspect of the filming. Including turning off AC and fans to help us with sound control. His parking lot was large enough to accommodate 8 cars. And his living room was perfect for the scene. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to film. Superb Host!

Mehment was so amazing! Incredibly helpful, had everything set up and ready for us upon arrival, was an extra helping hand on set, and had tons of equipment to supplement what we were missing. Location was awesome, tons of room and central to great food and stops. Parking was easy! All around great experience - we will definitely be returning the next time we have a shoot.

Conveniently Located, Great spot to shoot in Alhambra 4 min off the 10 freeway. (set is on the second floor so plan accordingly No Elevator). Staff was relaxed and informative. Decent amount of parking. Tons of lunch options near by. I found G&E Rentals 7 - 10 min away off site.
