This place is a true diamond in the rough. It’s hands down the most beautiful, well equipped, well set up studio in the area with a fascinating story to accompany it. Joey, the owner was really easy to work with and the main space was perfect for my 10 piece band. When you arrive it looks like you’re just going to someone’s house. With the sign points you around to the back to a large church-sized high ceiling building. The studio is set up in what used to be a greenhouse from back when the area was all farmland. There’s even a small, yet beautifully done outside venue in the back. There is a smaller studio which is rented on a monthly basis that would work for an individual or small band but the main room is perfect for a live recording of any larger groups up to about 12 or so. Highly recommend this place.

Kim's space was perfect for our e-commerce video production, with the kitchen being one of the main highlights for us! There is plenty of natural lighting coming in and the decor of the space made shooting go smoothly. Kim was very communicative with us throughout the entire process and working things out. We shot for one day here and the house is awesome if you're looking for that mid-century domestic vibe. Christine was awesome! Very prompt to reply to our request and we were there for a preliminary scout within 48 hours. The booking was simple and made an effort to accommodate to our needs - we were still at the tail end of COVID production, so there were some additional rules to follow. Would definitely recommend!
