There are a number of large street parking areas nearby, including directly behind house. There is a paved lot (1/4 mile away) at the end of Poe Parkway that is used for film crew/truck parking often. Also, the LA county park in our neighborhood rents parking also (1/2 mile). Previous productions have used these lots with shuttles (2-3 minute drive). House currently going thru multiple upgrades and renovations. Currently graded dirt for front side and back yards. But will have construction on new modern pool, and new modern landscaping starting late 2021. Interior is also going thru major upgrades. House is fully functional, but certainly an"upgrade in progress". One of the few 4500+ sqft houses in town, has built in movie theater and multiple rare features (like a custom glass staircase). Our house looks very much like the houses from Tucson, Arizona area. We have white cabinets in the Kitchen with granite counter top. The family room and kitchen are in one open area. Pantry is a large chef's pantry. We have a tandem garage. We have space in the front yard, back yard, and decent space on the side. The street that the house is on is big with large sidewalk. We are by two cul-de-sac areas with plenty of parking.

Sonia, our host, has a lovely, well appointed home that served as the perfect backdrop to our documentary. Sonia provided excellent hospitality -- taking care of our needs (including the use of a well-stocked bathroom and wifi) and was amenable to our rearranging her furniture (we put it all back like it was). Would highly recommend this location to any production needing a set that feels like home!

The house is in beautiful condition, and Nate and his family were extremely accommodating, every step of the way. We couldn't ask for a better location to shoot, on all fronts. Each room has it's own unique colors and details, allowing such a nice variety throughout. I would 100% recommend shooting here and look forward to coming back again soon!

Great experience shooting at this residence. It is located on a cul de sac on a very quiet street. Homeowners were helpful and accommodating to all our requests. There is a large parking lot that is around the corner from where were shooting. Big plus. All in all an excellent experience.

Very accommodating homeowners that were really easy to work with. They didn't interfere in any way and were readily available by phone or email to answer any of our questions. The home had a great layout to move around safely while still having enough space for staging and holding. I look forward to working with them in the future.
